Who Am I?

A photographer. An artist.

I got my first camera for my 8th birthday. A Kodak Instamatic that used film about the size of my thumbnail. (remember film?) I’ve been a photographer of one kind or another for most of my life. I have worked in a photo lab, I remember what stop bath tastes like. (Eww) I shoot manual. I love the act of capturing the intense and important moment. I enjoy shooting unusual happenings and interesting people doing intense things. Wherever your emotions and experiences take you, I can follow and capture the unique intimacy of those moments.

My work has appeared in many local alternative lifestyle event programs, at BR.org, in Prometheus Magazine, the Washington Post Express, and at SuspenDC.com.
